The beginning of a legacy.
Mohammad Abu Ein founded Palalum Aluminum Factory in Ramallah — a small workshop that became the cornerstone of an industrial group. From one facility, one conviction, and one long-term vision, the foundations of Abu Ein Holding were established.
From operations to regional growth.
As the group expanded, Abu Ein built stronger operating systems, commercial reach, and market presence. The aluminum factory expanded its production lines and capacity, while the office culture, trading activity, and a retail footprint of six home-appliance stores created the bridge from industrial origins to a broader economic role in the region — establishing STIA as the largest household appliances trader in Ramallah.

Building cities, not just buildings.
Abu Ein Estate and Marmara Real Estate have delivered residential communities, headquarters buildings, and landmark developments across Palestine and the region — from premium apartments in Jerusalem to institutional real estate in Ramallah. Alongside development, the group leads land development projects — acquiring, parcelling, and servicing strategic hillside land into master-planned plots ready for communities to grow.

A diversified group takes form.
Dynamic Group expanded into energy, generators, UPS systems, and technical infrastructure, while Olive Trees Brands introduced international lifestyle and fashion experiences through retail. Abu Ein's portfolio widened without losing strategic cohesion.

A new chapter in the Gulf.
Through Aknaz Mortgages, the group has completed more than 1 billion AED in mortgage transactions — alongside real estate development in Dubai and the purchase of strategic plots across the emirate.
